Rain rain go away

I am having a rainey day in Georgia,my computer is acting up .I am really frustated.I feel sad for people I don,t even know but if you watch them on the realty show every week .I feel sad for Kandi Burruss because Her Fiance was killed for no reason and now his kids have no father. and everyday it is the same thing somebody getting killed or beaten up for no reason.and you have all these killers walking around free on bond what is that about.there was a time if you committed murder there was no bond,but now the killers are walking around free as a bird and in some cases they kill again.while out on bond I think that we need a killer register so we know when a killer moves into the neighborhood.thats what I want to know am I living next door to a killer or rapist.see can you sorry law makers pass a law for that. instead of passing stupid crazy laws pass a law that will tell me when a killer or thug move into the neighborhood..okay.
